The innovative learning hub, offers all employees that work in the Visitor Economy, free unlimited access to up to 200 live courses at any given time. The learning solution, offers topics that support local employees to learn new skills, improve their employer’s performance and ultimately make Herefordshire County more successful.

Employees can choose from a range of subjects including Retail and Hospitality Management, Customer Service and Sales right through to Microsoft Excel and Project Management. With such a wide range of visitor economy businesses in our county, this is a great way for us to address learning needs of all our wonderful businesses. On completing a course, the employee can download a Herefordshire County BID completion of learning certificate, helping those staff to evidence their personal development.

Herefordshire County BID’s courses are uniquely all live interactive webinars, allowing local employees to learn on a flexible basis, accessing webinars from their home, office or any venue with an internet connection.

Herefordshire County BID’s learning solution is amongst the first of its kind around the UK and is launched in partnership with SEEDL, a world pioneering ‘Virtual Live Learning Subscription Service’. SEEDL and Herefordshire County BID learning platform will help you retain employees plus give you the edge to tempt new talent. With learning being such a key part of candidate attraction and retention. Herefordshire County BID are delighted to help local businesses have a competitive edge. We will also be running mental wellness sessions which is something so many businesses have been asking us to deliver.

Visitor economy businesses will be allowed to sign up all of your employees up to the service FREE of charge. The training hub has been made possible due to funding secured by Herefordshire County BID via the UKSPF.
